Beginning with in-depth research into the craft of knitting and transforming into a community-building initiative to create a dedicated space for craft, these knit garments were hand-knit with love. With sustainability and community as core values of this project, 100% merino wool yarn was sourced from a small, female-owned farm in upstate New York. The garments were designed with care, understanding the architecture of knits, the tradition of craft, and a contemporary silhouette for a modern market. Along with designing and making the pieces, a small knit group was formed in the process, building a community of friends and another generation of knitters.
